Potato Casserole

Recipe: Potato Casserole
Ingredients
1 1 lb. or 12 oz. box of hash browns (You may also try Potato’s O’Brien; they work very well and taste great.)
1/4 cup chopped onions (You may substitute with or add chives.)
8 oz. shredded cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick melted margarine
crushed Ritz Crackers
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix all ingredients and pour into casserole dish.
Top with crushed Ritz Crackers and some of the shredded cheese.
Bake at 300 for about an hour.
