Fudge Brownie Pie
Recipe: Fudge Brownie Pie
Ingredients
2 eggs
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1/3 cup Hershey’s Cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
Beat eggs in a small mixing bowl.
Blend in sugar and melted margarine.
Combine flour, cocoa, and salt.
Stir in vanilla and nuts.
Pour into lightly greased 8 inch pie pan.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minuets or until almost set (pie will not test done).
Cool and cut into wedges.
Serve topped with ice cream or Cool Whip.
