Fudge Brownie Pie

Recipe: Fudge Brownie Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 1/3 cup Hershey’s Cocoa
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs in a small mixing bowl.
  2. Blend in sugar and melted margarine.
  3. Combine flour, cocoa, and salt.
  4. Stir in vanilla and nuts.
  5. Pour into lightly greased 8 inch pie pan.
  6. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minuets or until almost set (pie will not test done).
  7. Cool and cut into wedges.
  8. Serve topped with ice cream or Cool Whip.
