Chocolate Delight
Recipe: Chocolate Delight
Ingredients
First Layer
1 1/4 sticks oleo (butter)
1/2 cup chopped nuts 1 1/2 cups flour
Second Layer
1 cup Cool Whip
1 cup confectioners (powdered) sugar 8 oz. cream cheese
Third Layer
2 small boxes instant chocolate pudding mix
3 cups milk
Fourth Layer
Cool Whip
Instructions
Mix flour with melted butter and chopped nuts.
Pat into 9 X 13 baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
Beat 1 cup of Cool Whip, cream cheese, and sugar.
Spread onto cooled crust.
Refrigerate to chill.
Beat instant chocolate pudding with milk and spread over cream cheese layer.
Top with Cool Whip.
Sprinkle top with toasted or slivered nuts if desired.
Chill until firm.
Cut into squares and serve.
