He Caught Me!

“And immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand, and caught him, and said unto him, O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt?” Matt. 14:31 KJV

I was looking for something different to read and half-heartedly skimmed Matt. 14 where I was reminded, through the story of Peter, that He caught me too.

He caught me. That’s where I pause today. He caught me. Simple. True. Hopeful.

Afraid. Lacking faith. He reaches out. That’s what He does. That’s where I seek freedom. Freedom to walk on water . . . Look for more in tomorrow’s post.
