In honor of Cake Week and Chocolate Friday, I am posting a very special recipe for you. It’s called Ding Dong Cake. Yes, just like the treats you ate as a child. Doesn’t it just take you back? My sister makes this awesome cake and I wanted to post her recipe. For now, I ‘ll settle on the one found at Cooks.com. You know everybody LOVES Ding Dongs so you just can’t go wrong! Ginger, I am all over this…and I am so not a baker. I can cook and love to…but baking is a disaster every time. I'm still going for it, this looks too awesome not to!

Holy Wow & Oh My Squash! that looks so fantabulous that I have tears in my actual little eyeballs right now. I just wanted to scream when I saw "ding dong cake". I know – I need to get a life or two. I can't wait to try this new healthy recipe!!
