Tasty Tuesday: 5 Minute CHOCOLATE MUG Cake!

I received this one from my sister-in-law via email Hmm… ?

Try at your own risk. I am not cleaning your microwave… ha!

My sister-in-law suggested topping with strawberries or something like that. I also think this may be the recipe Lisa mentioned on her blogaversary.

I have seen this recipe around but couldn't find it. YEA for posting it, but then I see your note about the microwave…hmm….that's what I have kids for, right?

I found this recipe on a blog a few weeks ago and made it immediately, except I decided to use a small bowl instead of a coffee cup. It was very good!

My daughter tried this several times and loved it….then I think she got burned out on it……it does make a huge mug full, which will overflow if not careful, so we used the x-large mugs. I might add a little salt next time because her complaint was that it tasted a little flat. Otherwise, how can you fault a choc. cake you make in 5 minutes?????
