i bought two huge containers of vinegar at sam's to make all of my homemade cleaners and i'm sooo excited! i'll be using it on my floors, and will definitely be looking at this for washing clothes. my question is though, it's also recommended to include baking soda in a washing cycle...and those two items create quite the volcanic eruption. is there more specific information on when to use which item??

Oh the many uses of vinegar...! It is so good for so many things!

Thanks for visiting my blog! I have linked to the recipe for the pizza crust in my blog about Family Movie Night! And, it is very easy, and so versatile!

We have watched Facing the Giants and LOVED it! We are wanting to see Fireproof, but I have not heard of FlyWheel, I will def. be looking into it! Thanks!

Thanks for sharing your cup with me! :)

Ginger,
I can always count on you for great cleaning advice.

I told Jenifriend recently in her comments that I was looking for yours....

...On home made cleansers....go back and check it out. You so must've missed it.

That's your thing...

And blue for comfort?

I'm going to look for the blue. May have to look in Sophie's bag. ;)

I'm a new convert to cleaning my floors w/ vinegar! I use 1 cup to a gallon for my vinyl floors (and they really did look shinier!) And then just 1/2 c for my wood floors. The scent disappears as the floors dry--honestly! I did NOT know I could use it in my dishwasher though..that's fabulous!
