i bought two huge containers of vinegar at sam's to make all of my homemade cleaners and i'm sooo excited! i'll be using it on my floors, and will definitely be looking at this for washing clothes. my question is though, it's also recommended to include baking soda in a washing cycle…and those two items create quite the volcanic eruption. is there more specific information on when to use which item??

Oh the many uses of vinegar…! It is so good for so many things!

I'm a new convert to cleaning my floors w/ vinegar! I use 1 cup to a gallon for my vinyl floors (and they really did look shinier!) And then just 1/2 c for my wood floors. The scent disappears as the floors dry–honestly! I did NOT know I could use it in my dishwasher though..that's fabulous!
