I use half caf, but in the morning I add a shot of Swiss Miss Pick Me Up. It's a packet of hot cocoa mix with the same amount of caf as a cup of coffee! Works for ME! (You can find the stuff with the regular cocoa mixes.) And sometimes I add the extra flavored creamer just for an additional flavor shot! I got a tip for you from another WFMW post.
